You retain all rights to any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.
5.2 Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project contract. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party components subject to their own licenses. These licenses will be clearly documented.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However:
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content
- Results may vary and are not guaranteed
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mounaji Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the services
8. Termination
8.1 By Client
You may terminate a project with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
8.2 By Mounaji Studio
We may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in prohibited activities.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Parties will first attempt to resolve through good faith negotiations
- If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Legal action, if necessary, will be governed by applicable laws
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
